1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jeff's Premium Halal website at jeffshalal.co.uk and our WhatsApp channel, and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with us. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Products & Pricing
- All products are subject to availability
- All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Meat products are sold by weight; actual weight may vary slightly from the stated weight
- Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected item.
5. Delivery
We offer local delivery and DPD nationwide delivery. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Due to the perishable nature of our products, fresh meat items cannot be left unattended. If delivery fails because no one is available to receive the order, a re-delivery charge may apply.
6. Collection
If you choose to collect your order, you must collect it within the agreed time slot. Uncollected orders will be disposed of after 24 hours and no refund will be issued.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as described. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or preparation, whichever comes first. To cancel, please contact us via email at info@jeffshalal.co.uk or via WhatsApp. Cancellations after preparation or dispatch cannot be accepted for fresh/perishable products.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10. WhatsApp Communications
By opting in to our WhatsApp communications, you consent to receive order updates, delivery notifications, and promotional messages via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting us directly.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Jeff's Premium Halal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
